Are you promoting your property in accordance with the decree 218 /2005?

The Decree 218 /2005 was passed in 2005 and became a law in 2006. The Junta de Andalucia is now enforcing it strongly, sending inspectors to make sure agents and developers are complying with the law, and handing out fines when this is not the case. All real estate professionals operating in Andalucia must abide by these new stipulations, which amongst other things, state that various property documentation and information must be presented complete, in printed format and free of charge to an interested party.
