Our packs include all the required documents and information as set out by the decreto 218/2005 as well as additional useful property information, creating a complete information pack to help your sale. When you apply for a property information pack, you will get the following products and services included in the price:

• All documents checked for accordance with the decreto 218/2005.
• Every property issued with the completed official form (in Spanish) as required.
• All documents scanned and copied on to disk.
• Every property issued with certificate stamped by registered gestoria.
• An information and assistance hotline manned by informed staff in several languages.
• Information about decree 218/2005.
